We send you a questionnaire to dive deeper into your business goals and what you hope to achieve while working together. This helps us understand your personality, big vision, and values. In addition, we offer flexible marketing bundles to choose from, or we can work together to personalize a plan that fits your business needs. Plus, we’ll share out top resources and tips, so you have everything you need right at your fingertips.

Schedule your consultation call with me to ensure we are on the same page and I am the best option for the project you have planned.

After our initial call, if we’re a good fit, I’ll review your budget, goals, and vision. I’ll then create a customized plan for your business. We’ll schedule a follow-up to review the proposal, and if all aligns, I’ll send you a contract via HoneyBook for your deposit, terms, and signature to get started.
03. It’s go time!
You’ll receive a personalized timeline with key milestones to review and flag any conflicts, ensuring the project stays on track. Along with this, you’ll get a questionnaire to dive into your branding guidelines and a request for any necessary marketing files. Once all materials are received, we’ll begin working toward your marketing goals. It's important to review and communicate any changes as we progress, taking a step-by-step approach to ensure everything aligns and is fine-tuned along the way.
04. Celebrate and continued support
After completing your project and celebrating your success, the journey continues! I offer 14 days of post-project support, and you can choose to keep working with me through a monthly package or a new project. I'm here to help your business keep thriving!
Communication turn-around
I value transparency, so here’s what you can expect: I’ll reply to emails within 48 business hours (by Monday if sent on Friday) and return missed calls within 24 business hours. While I often respond faster, please understand that if I don’t, I’m just sticking to my word and enjoying the life I’ve worked hard to build.
How We Stay Organized and Communicate
Once you’ve booked and are an official client - hooray, I’ll send you a link for your very own client portal in HoneyBook. This is where we will keep your entire project organized and communicate. It’s much easier for us both to refer back to one space to find what we need than having to search through 100s of email threads.
